Robert “Bob” Mattner of Sea Cliff, NY, on August 13, 2025.
Beloved husband of the late Virginia. Loving father of Kathryn Rae Mattner and Jonathan Robert Mattner. Dear brother of the late Paul Mattner (Ellie) and Richard (Jacqueline) Mattner and brother-in-law of the late Donald Lichte (Kay) and Larry Lichte (the late Dolores). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitations will be held on Thursday, August 21st from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Friday, August 22nd from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Whitting Funeral Home, 300 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, NY 11545. Funeral Service Saturday 10:00 AM at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 16 Glenwood Rd., Glen Head, NY. Burial will follow the service at 11:30 AM at St. Paul’s Church Yard, 28 Highland Road Glen Cove, NY.
