MAPLESON – Mary V. of Glen Cove, LI on April 14, 2026. Beloved wife of departed Peter. Loving mother of departed daughter Mary. Loving mother to Pete, Mike, Al and Teri. Loving Grandma of Brendan, Evan, Rose, and Erin. Also survived by sisters, Ceil, Cathy, Jean, and brother Tony. She leaves behind countless former students from 30 years of teaching first grade in Glen Cove, all touched by her unmatched love for teaching.
