John Joseph Milli, born on April 4, 1941, in Brooklyn, New York, passed away on May 9, 2025, in Glen Cove, New York. He was a proud Army veteran who dedicated a significant part of his life to serving his country. Known for his unwavering support of the New York Yankees, John was not just an avid baseball fan; he embodied the spirit of sportsmanship and loyalty that the game represents.
John was preceded in death by his beloved family members, including his father, John Francis Milli, his mother, Josephine Marie Milli, and his cherished wife, Marie Milli. Each one of them held a special place in John’s heart, and their memories lived on through him.
He is survived by his son, William Lawrence Milli, who carries on his legacy. He is also survived by his siblings Elizabeth Ernst and James Milli and many nieces and nephews.
