Cherished grandfather of Benjamin C. Powers, Nicole F., Joseph and Frankie Turner. Dear brother of Karen Ferraro, Joanne Hirschman, William A., Jeffrey R. and Elizabeth A. Powers. Memorial Visiting Tuesday 12:30 - 3:30 pm at Whitting Funeral Home 300 Glen Cove Ave., Glen Head, NY 11545 www.whitting.com Funeral Service 2:30pm Tuesday at the funeral home. A reception will be at North Shore Country Club from 4-7 pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Hospice Inn, 70 Pinelawn Rd., Mellville, NY 11747.
